Over current Protection: No odor, smoke, fire, plastic deformation, and excessive heat happen.   The products are out of working when over current.

Certification: UL/cUL, FCC, CE, CE/MC

Hi-pot Test Primary to Secondary: 1500VAC/10mA/1 minute.   The voltage applied to the insulation under test is gradually raised from zero to the prescribed voltage and held at that value for 60 S.

RELIABILITY:

Burn-In: 100% burn-in test at 80-100% of full rated load at 35-40℃ burn-in room, input voltage 110 VAC, 48 hrs test for samples, 24hrs test for pilot run samples 4 hrs test for mass production.

Temperature rise: In environmental temperature at 25 degrees. The maximum temperature rise measured at any point on the enclosure surface shall not exceed 50 degrees in closed carton chamber and no air flow.
